By purchasing this shirt, you are officially a member of the Trash Gym! Go to your local Trash Gym by finding garbage on the ground outside, picking it up, and throwing it away!
Trash Gym was inspired by picking up litter as physical rehab after my car accident. The summer of 2025, I began with a trash grabber because I couldn’t bend at the hip all the way—however you pick it up, you did that. Well done.
Sometimes you need long sleeves for this… We’ve got your covered, literally. Get it, because litter, okay that’s enough.
Trash Gym is an anti-ableist, environmental movement, and unfortunately this gym is accessible pretty much wherever you go!
Be sure to wear protective gear when necessary (I usually wear kevlar gloves), and don’t be stupid—this is not a new sport for when there’s trash in a busy street, for example. Also must discourage dumping the garbage you collect into private dumpsters. If I can’t make it to the city dump, I ask the nearest church or local business; when I tell them what I’m doing, they’re happy to share their dumpster for this.
